1. Hygiene Standards for Intimate Apparel

Due to international health regulations and strict hygiene practices governing intimate underwear, items must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Bras: Must be tried on over your own undergarments, with all original tags attached and unwashed.
  • Panties & Sets: Panties must retain their transparent sanitary hygiene protective seal completely intact. For health reasons, panties with tampered or removed seals cannot be accepted.
  • Condition: Free from perfume scents, makeup marks, or signs of wear.

2. How to Request an Exchange (3 Simple Steps)

  1. Reach out to VIP Concierge: Message our WhatsApp fit desk at +92 300 1234567 or email care@wacoal.pk with your Order ID.
  2. Size Consultation: Our fit consultant will assist you in calculating your accurate sister size or alternative style.
  3. Doorstep Exchange: Our partner courier (Trax / Leopards) delivers the replacement size to your address and retrieves the original package in discreet unbranded packaging.
