Terms of Service

1. Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). An order is confirmed once our team has contacted you and verified your details, and we may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock or the details provided are incomplete. If a price is shown incorrectly we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel at no cost.

2. Payment

Payment is by Cash on Delivery (COD) unless another method is shown at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready when your parcel arrives.

3. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are described on the Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; couriers may be delayed by weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

4. Exchanges & Returns

Because of the hygienic nature of intimate apparel, exchanges are accepted only as described on the Returns & Exchanges page. Items that are worn, washed, altered or missing their hygiene seal cannot be accepted.

5. Product Information

We take care to show colours and details accurately, but your screen may display colours slightly differently. Bra size calculators and finders give a recommended starting point; the best fit can vary between styles.
